Software

• Students will need to have access to a web server to create the portfolios. We are using Apache.

• Students will need some sort of authoring software. This might be FrontPage or Star Office.

• Moodle is an open source program that is well supported and has an active network of teachers using it instructionally.

• phpEsp is another great open source program that can be used for peer evaluations.

• Bessie is a great open source online gradebook that makes it easy to post assignments and document progress.
